Everyone in the group should think about what their needs are today. What do you need to feel strong / happy / satisfied?
Reflect
We will now take a brief moment to reflect on what our needs are today.
The aim is to make you aware of what you need to feel strong/happy/sufficient.
You won’t have to tell us what you’ve come up with. But you can of course share your needs with your friends to get the support you want.
If you want to talk to me or another leader about something that you thought about in connection with the exercise, it is of course fine!
